Big Funnel is a software platform owned and operated by Arthatech Softwares LLP. References to “Big Funnel” describe the product and brand; Arthatech Softwares LLP is the legal entity responsible for operating the platform and processing personal information as described here.

We may collect account and business contact information, platform usage and device information, communications with us, lead and customer data submitted by our customers, and information received through integrations that a customer authorizes.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure and improve Big Funnel; configure CRM, marketing, sales, automation, communications and analytics features; deliver support; process transactions; meet legal obligations; and communicate about the service.

4. Customer data and roles

Customers control the lead and customer data they submit to Big Funnel. For that data, Arthatech generally acts as a service provider or processor on the customer’s instructions. Customers remain responsible for providing notices and obtaining permissions required for their own collection and use.

5. Sharing

We may share information with vetted hosting, analytics, communications, payment and support providers; with integrations a customer enables; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal duties, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

7. International processing
